Thermoelectrics Workshop - Congress Center of Caen

Sunday, July 1:  9 AM – 6 PM

On the side of ICT2018, we will be holding a Thermoelectrics Workshop/ Short Course on Sunday, July 1st from 9 AM to 6 PM in the Congress Center of Caen (same venue as the ICT2018). This 1-day workshop is geared towards graduate students/postdocs and people that are new to the field of thermoelectrics with the aim of providing greater context for the talks at ICT. The number of participants to the workshop will be limited (first come, first serve).

This year's course will cover theory, solid state chemistry and physics, characterization techniques and fundamentals of device design and manufacturing considerations. A mini-poster session will also be held during this workshop to give short-course participants an opportunity to either practice presenting their accepted posters or even to present work that was not submitted for the ICT conference.
